• Coordinated with international colleagues to align communication and marketing efforts
• Be fully responsible for organize important event such as Interpack, Distributor  meeting and other internal/external customer event
• Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotional activities, and direct mail logistics.
• Maintained, monitored, and analyzed CRM data and activities
• Managed multi-channel communications, including customer outreach, media relations, and the creation of internal and external newsletters.
• Processed orders for business materials (e.g., business cards, forms)
• Maintained social media presence
• Designed, created, archived brochures and related materials

• Proven experience in B2B marketing (5+ years)
• Proven experience in people management
• Experience coordinating international projects or working with global teams
• Familiarity with organizing trade fairs, events, and promotional campaigns
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., EXACT, Salesforce)
• Experience with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and CMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic design skills or experience using tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or CRM tools (a plus)
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Other language skills are an asset
